Shipping: photo-displays.com ships USA orders via either UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air, Canadian orders via UPS Ground, and orders for the the UK and select European countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden) via USPS Priority Mail International.
It is entirely possible, when shipping internationally, that your country's Customs officials could choose to either delay the arrival of your package or require the payment of an additional import tarrif before you can accept delivery of your package. Whether this even happens, or what this would look like if it does happen, is beyond our ability to predict (or to advise you on) given that we are a US based business. In our experience this is a rare occurrence that either of these happens.
Delivery: Our delivery policy is that each order be shipped within one week of the order being placed. If, for any reason there will be a delay with your order then we will communicate with you and give you the options of cancelling the order with a full refund; or an immediate partial order shipment with the rest to follow; or to wait until the full order is ready to ship.
Credit Card Policy: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
PayPal: We also accept PayPal payments.
For customers in Canada - if you wish to pay for your order in Canadian Dollars (C$) then we accept this currency through our PayPal account.
For customers in the UK and Europe - if you wish to pay for your order in your local currency then we accept payments in GBP and Euros through our PayPal account.
Warranty: All purchases of Picture Pages come with a 7 year "Lifetime" Manufacturer's replacement warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for an RMA# if you find yourself needing to return your purchase due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect.
Return & Credit Policy: If there is a mistake made on our part then we will give you a full refund. In the event that there is a customer error, and the Manufacturer agrees to accept a return, by issuing an RMA#, then a 25% restocking fee will apply.
