We require all wholesale accounts to be valid retailers. Part of the application process to become an authorized wholesale account with photo-displays.com is a completed State/Province Sales Tax Form with a valid State/Province issued Merchant Tax ID# (or VAT equivalent if you are located in Europe) and proof that this is still current (most State/Province authorities issue annual certificates for this).
In addition to a completed and signed form, we require a photocopy of the most recent State/Province Business Licence/Certificate that has been issued to you.
In certain circumstances, we may require a minimum order volume from certain retailers in order for them to gain/retain their registered wholesale account status.
We are the sole arbiters of the validity of your application and reserve the right to refuse any application, for any reason, and whether or not we state any reason.
